As every order is printed to order, we can not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind.
If your print arrives damaged
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alex@alexwolfewarman.com. Please send us some photos of the damage to both the print and the packaging. This will allow us to promptly process your replacement.
If you accidentally damage your print
We are afraid we can not offer refunds or exchanges on printed items that have been accidentally damaged after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused during cleaning, mounting, framing or hanging. Please handle your prints carefully once you have received them.
How to initiate a return for a refund
We understand that sometimes a refund is the best way forward. So, to initiate a return under our Refund and Returns Policy, please email your order number and reason for requesting a return to alex@alexwolfewarman.com. Our team will respond promptly to help you with the return process. We aim to make returns as smooth and hassle‑free as possible.
